If you haven’t noticed- there’s a lot of buzz around makerspaces in education lately. Does this movement have longevity, or is it another educational fad that will fade away in a few years?

Educators are constantly trying to find new solutions to problems that exist in education. Teachers are inundated by new education fads and approaches that sound great in workshops and professional development, but when these approaches are put into practice it seems to generate the same stale results.

On October 5, 2018 Toi Hershman, Regional Coordinator at EntreEd, and Matt Wolfe, Education Manager at The EdVenture Group, teamed up to deliver a full day training for 200 teachers at Gateway Regional School District located in Woodbury Heights, New Jersey.
