The Nailler Learn2Lead program aims to empower rising 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students as they transition into and through middle school. Nailler Learn2Lead engages students through discussions, guest speakers, hands-on activities, and focuses on topics such as attitude and values, team building, servanthood, digital integrity, and goal setting.
The Nailler Learn2Lead program provides students the opportunity to reflect on their current leadership potential and gain skills not readily practiced in a traditional classroom. The program provides students a safe, healthy, and positive environment to develop and grow as leaders while engaging with other students in Monongalia County, West Virginia.
Over 400 students have participated in the Nailler Learn2Lead program via in-person workshops, multi-day summits, and local community efforts.
