The EdVenture Group is thrilled to announce the kickoff of the ELEVATE CTE Spring 2025 Cohort! This year, 31 educators from across West Virginia have joined this innovative professional learning experience designed to enhance students’ career exploration, career readiness, and career and technical education (CTE).
ELEVATE CTE is a virtual community of practice that brings together dedicated educators to collaborate, share best practices, and develop new resources. Over the next several months, participants will engage in virtual sessions, independent and team-based work, and hands-on projects aimed at strengthening career readiness in West Virginia schools.
This year’s cohort includes educators from various career pathways and middle school career exploration programs, all of whom share a passion for real-world, experiential learning. Participants will explore proven tools and strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement while fostering a culture of collaboration and thought partnership.
Throughout the program, educators will have access to:
✅ Engaging virtual sessions focused on innovative teaching strategies, student engagement, career readiness, and more.
✅ Collaboration opportunities with like-minded educators to share ideas and enhance instruction.
✅ Exclusive participation perks and opportunities for additional resources.
Educators will continue to explore project-based learning, workforce development strategies, and interdisciplinary connections in the months ahead. We are excited to see the impact this cohort will have on students, schools, and the future of CTE education in West Virginia!
Stay tuned for updates as our ELEVATE CTE educators embark on this journey to inspire and innovate in their classrooms.
